The Garage Door Burglar Alarm provides security and protection whilst providing an early audible warning for break-ins.  It is also used as an "open door" indicator.  When the door opens, the alarm timer is activated for a time that the user can set from 2 seconds to 7 minutes.  If the alarm has not been reset by an authorised person with the special key when the preset time expires (even if the door has been closed) the
dual 110db alarms will sound for 4 minutes.  The Garage Door Burglar Alarm has an exit delay timer for convenient "automatic" resetting of the alarm when leaving the garage.  Powered by two 9volt batteries.

Description

The Garage Door Burglar Alarm can be installed on one piece Up and Over and Sectional Overhead doors installed on domestic garages, rented garages (without electricity), Warehouses, commercial buildings, and storage buildings.  It is not suitable for use on roller doors.

The Garage Door Burglar Alarm requires no external wiring or power source, and it ensures security and protection for valuable garage contents by providing an early audible warning for break-ins.

It may also help detect dangerous phantom door malfunctions that can cause personal injury, especially to small children.
