Description

Hormann Emergency Release NET 4  for Hinged Doors

An emergency release lock and pull cord for electrically operated Hormann side hinged garage doors.

An essential rather than optional accessory where no other means of entry into the garage is available.

Only suits single skinned (uninsulated) doors and requires a 13mm diameter hole to be drilled through the face of the door.

For emergency release devices to suit other makes of garage doors visit the Universal Automation Accessories section on this website.

Hormann part number 437 191 (NET 4)

So how does it work?

The lock barrel is installed into the door skin and a cord links the lock barrel to the release mechanism on the Hormann SupraMatic or ProMatic garage door operator allowing it to be disengaged from outside of the garage using a key in the event of a power failure.
