Birtley

Birtley garage doors were manufactured up until 2002. The supply of spares is now limited to a small range of service items comprising Birtley Lock Handles, Locking Bar Swivels, Roller Spindles and a small range of Springs.

Early Birtley garage doors were manufactured mainly as canopy doors using their scissor arm canopy gear whilst retractable doors were fitted with E2 retractable gear. Later canopy doors were fitted with modern overhead spring B2 canopy gear and retractable doors continued to be fitted with E2 retractable gear.

Where spares are no longer available it may still be possible to supply compatible parts such as locking bars and spring adjuster bolts and if the door panel is still serviceable but the gear worn out we can supply a complete new set of gears.
